What is inside a genome that you just sequenced? Following the Adriaenssens lab’s phage genomics material (bacteriophage genome analysis), you will see how to assemble and annotate a genome de novo (from scratch)

We will flexible on the pace and will take it as it comes, so there are no dates or times added to the wiki. Please let us know if we are going too slowly or too fast as we go along.
